フォーム入力し送信ボタンを押すと以下のエラーになります。

次に.htaccessに「AddHandler cgi-script-debug .cgi」を追加して見たところ、次の内容が表示されました。

詳しくはわからないのですが、send.cgiのライン213行目が引っかかっている事なのでしょうか？

（send.cgiの213行目付近）
210行目　 }
211行目　 Jcode::convert(¥$str,’jis’);
212行目 $str = &charhotfix_unescape_jis($str);
213行目 return $str;
214行目 }

となっているのですが、どこが悪いかわかりません。
